  6. accounts payable and check writing functions. The system provides for computer
  7. generated checks, manual checks, voided checks, and reversed checks for
  8. companies of all sizes. It features easy invoice processing -- invoices can be
  9. entered at any time during the month; distributed to as many as 99 different GL
  10. accounts; and selected for partial or complete payment by due date, discount
  11. due date, payment group, specific vendor/invoice, or for all invoices on file.
  12. Memos can be entered on any invoice. Term codes, payment groups, distribution
  13. codes, division/department codes can be defined to match a company's special
  14. needs. When integrated with Purchase Order Processing, vendor invoices can be
  15. matched online with PO receiving history to verify receipt of billed items
  16. prior to payment approval.
